Who we are
Elite Capital Research runs a free WhatsApp community for market research, trading insights, and educational updates. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit the join form, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your WhatsApp number
- The capital range you choose (not an exact amount)
- The time of submission and that the lead came from this page
We do not ask for payment details, PAN, bank information, or identity documents on this page.
How we use it
We use this information to open the community link for you, keep a record of who joined from this page, and follow up about the community. The capital range helps us keep updates relevant. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Form details are sent to a Google Sheet that we use as our lead list, through a Google Apps Script web app. If you submit the form while we are testing on a local computer, a copy may also be saved in a local file on that computer.
After you submit the form, we send you to a WhatsApp group invite. Joining that group shows the name and number already visible on your WhatsApp account to the group, according to WhatsApp’s own settings. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to what happens inside WhatsApp.
Cookies and Meta Pixel
This page uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It records a page view when the page loads. If you submit the form successfully, it also records a lead event with the community name and the capital-range category you selected. Your name and phone number are not sent in that lead event.
Meta may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receive technical data such as the page address, browser, and device information, under Meta’s own policies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep lead details for as long as we need them to run the community and follow up with members. You can ask us to delete your name, WhatsApp number, and capital range from our lead sheet. Use the contact option on this website and include the number you submitted.
Children
This community is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the page after a change means you accept the updated policy.
